I love what you said about how we need to separate between things we have a personal distaste for and the things that are morally wrong (paraphrasing). Great podcast!

Engineering social connections can be quite tough. Ultimately, people bounce off of each others energy. When it comes to a context where I presume no one knows each other, having a good range of personalities is a good bet because not only do you increase the chances that people find their people but that someone who is super energetic will naturally create a vibration that everyone can be on. People meeting each other for the first time is always going to be slightly awkward; repetition (of events I presume) to create a familiarity that helps people feel comfortable with each other is good as well.

Great podcast! In my opinion, Justin Baldoni is not smart & an asshole. The first clue that he's an asshole is that he wanted to make a movie that romanticizes domestic violence. I feel the whole "male feminist" thing was a con. Thanks for a great podcast!
